I want to share with you this video that was presented at the TEDx Sydney (Australia) last May.
It is an experiment that shows the reaction of babies and very young children when they first tried an unknown food until then. Bewilderment, rejection, joy, surprise ... there is not much more to say, because watching the video is enough.
I loved the reaction of the girl who tastes the olive, and the show of joy to celebrate that That strange taste at the beginning, and tasty later ... he likes it a lot!
Enjoy it, for me it has been very nice to see it, it is shot by slow motion. I think parents don't pay attention to these reactions in our children when we give them try new foods, and it is that for them the experience may differ (and much) from the expectations we have.
