One more week, like every Thursday, we bring you a new entry for our section of Recipes for the whole family with ideas for children to eat also ours, as we did when we were little, and get them out of the typical children's menu based on pasta, batters and potatoes.
They are recipes made by our companions of Direct to the Palate and Vitónica and today we will have magnificent recipes of dish, abusing salads, which is summer, and some desserts to give a little variety (and make you grow the bug of wanting to get into the kitchen to do them).
Dish recipes
- The best chicken salads: we start with these, whose photo tops the entrance, which are great for children because of the variety and because they usually love chicken.
- Veal burger with pulled pork: perhaps more geared towards children from 4 or 5 years old, due to the difficulty of eating it, but surely delicious.
- The best recipes for summer salads: another great selection of salads to give even more variety to the matter.
- Selection of fresh and healthy sandwiches: when we are late home or do not feel like cooking, why not a healthy sandwich?
- Lentil salad: a great way to add legumes to the summer menu, without it being a hot dish that now little fancy.
- Spaghetti nests with Burgos cheese and minced meat: a very curious dish, visually fun and sure to be very tasty.
Desserts recipes
- Light cherry and cream cheese tartlets: fantastic as dessert or snack, they will delight cherry lovers (you have them in the photo above).
- Rhubarb ice cream and mascarpone: a different ice cream, with a flavor that many do not know, but interesting if we ever do with the mentioned plant.
- Hazelnut pasta with chocolate chips: we could not finish without a snack recipe for snack time, ideal for when they come with friends or when they are so immersed in their games that they take two or three pastas and take them in their hands.
