New UN goal, improve reproductive health worldwide

The new UN goal is already underway, it is about improve reproductive health worldwideThis is the fifth objective that the United Nations Organization wants to meet by 2015. Better sexual and reproductive health can prevent the death of at least 500,000 women due to problems that revolve around pregnancy and childbirth.

In this way, women are again protagonists and objective of the UN to try to minimize the current death figures due to complications during pregnancy or childbirth.

Many organizations join forces for women's health, especially in the third world, through information campaigns on health and sexual and reproductive rights. The problem remains poverty and access to sexual and reproductive health. The first problem entails the following two, if it is necessary to improve the conditions of these women, first we will have to do something with the needs, freeing them as much as possible from the extreme poverty to which they are subjected.

Although initially, when the eight Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) were omitted, they omitted this reality, following the demand for greater political and financial commitment, this goal becomes part of the Millennium Goals.

There is no use in brochures, information campaigns or any improvement that is made if it is not complemented by a small increase in living standards where eating is not an impossible task.
