In February we were able to see the report with a hidden camera of the Tele 5 program "Diario de, Maltrato en la nursdería". Those of us who have seen it have not been able to forget the cruel images of a “caretaker” who mistreated, threatened and made the children vomit the little ones.
One thing that was very clear that would happen, became effective last Monday in the Courts of Instruction of Madrid, Nine parents of the children who went to the El Borreguito Azul nursery have sued the center director and her daughter, this was the one that proffered criminal behavior against children. But a new complaint may fall on those responsible for the television network or the Ombudsman for minors, since it was already said at the time that since the images were recorded with a hidden camera (in the month of December) and until the day after Broadcast of the program (February 28) the video with the images was not sent to the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office. Neither the Ombudsman of the Community of Madrid nor the Minister of Education, who were aware of the hell the children in the aforementioned daycare lived and obviously, those responsible for the report, immediately realized to end the suffering of the children.
