Permissive parents, obese children

The style of education that man imposes on his children has a great influence on the weight of children.

That is the conclusion reached by some researchers from the Royal Children's Hospital of Melbourne and the Murdoch Children's Research Institute when analyzing the cases of 5,000 children between 4 and 5 years old.

According to the study, too permissive parents who don't put any limits on their children or who disregard their education, They are more likely to have their children obese or overweight.

In contrast, stricter parents tend to have children with a lower body mass rate.

The most curious thing is that the argument is totally contrary to what a Boston University study told us that too strict parents give children a tendency to obesity.

Without detracting from the field research carried out by scientists, I believe that, in short, as in everything that refers to the education of children, the key is to the right extent.

It is clear that being too strict is as harmful to our children as being too permissive parents.

Obesity is nothing more than an added sample of the damages we can create in our children if we don't know how to find the much needed balance.
