What a thrill, a supermarket box with priority for pregnant women!

I had a pleasant surprise a few days ago when I discovered that in Carrefour, where I usually make the purchase, they have deigned to put a box with priority for pregnant and disabled.

Although a little late (I have already had two pregnancies without priorities) at least I am pleased to know that other future moms may benefit from this privilege, I hope so.

But the million-dollar question is, is it necessary to put up a sign to give priority to a pregnant woman or a disabled person? While it is an attitude that should arise spontaneously from other citizens, unfortunately, it is. I have lived it in my own flesh.

Because many women, me among them, we are ashamed to ask that they give us the turn when we are pregnant, even when we do not have the body to spend too much time waiting to touch us.

And if you claim the priority that corresponds to you, you have to endure certain comments or unpleasant faces.

Now, the key is that the sign fulfills its function, that by the way it could be more visible and could have enabled more than one box.

For the priority to exist, in addition to the sign, a couple of other things must work: a) that the cashier / or be aware of the pregnant women who queue to give them priority, and b) that we all have more urbanity, which is already more complicated.
