At airports with a baby

Not a week ago I have suffered in my own flesh what it is to fly with a baby who is tired, or is hungry, or bored. Even when they are so small, it is easy to meet those needs and the flight does not get heavy, and when they are somewhat older, there are some tricks and games that we have brought to the pages of Babies and more.

At airports It can also be the case that some unexpected delay or agglomeration of travelers to pass the checks make us and our babies lose patience. This is what happened to me, for example, a few days ago when I returned from Paris. So I could not help but remember some of the tips that have passed through our pages.

But above all, look for a "hole" to have some freedom of movement with the baby, to calm down and not feel the burden of people almost piled up. Fortunately, when they reached the ribbons that form the zigzag rows, when it was already unavoidable to queue, the people around left some space for the cart.

And, of course, we must not forget when entering the airport to be well equipped with changing table, diapers and food if the baby does not take (or not exclusively) breast, because these types of agglomerations or delays can happen at any time and we can not go much further to remedy hunger or dirty diapers.

It is not usual, however. We had already flown another 3 times with my baby and we didn't find any problems. What's more, I was very pleasantly surprised the "privilege" of a specific entry without saving a queue when passing the security checks. But at the Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris a monumental traffic jam was formed to access certain (few) boarding gates.

Then, at the time of flying, after so much delay and to make the lighter flight to my baby several things came in handy: "read" with her, apart from playing with the candies that gave us, so bright and, the infallible method , the tit. After all, everyone knows how to treat their little ones to overcome these "setbacks", and we will not give up traveling ...
