Christmas holidays are the best excuse to spend more time with our children. To do this, and considering that the thing is not to spend too much money, we propose some free plans to do with children at Christmas.
Surely, in your city you will find some free activities focused on children that can be very interesting and fun.
I list some proposals that are made in most cities.
Visit Nativity scenes: Nativity scenes can be found both in public and private organizations, even in some places living Nativity scenes are organized.
Storytelling: find out in your municipal library if they organize special events for children's vacations. In many they program activities related to Christmas.
Puppetry: Theaters and auditoriums usually organize shows for children. Some are free, but for a few euros you can attend with the kids.
Christmas workshops: museums, town halls, cultural centers and even shopping centers usually launch thematic workshops on Christmas. Children can paint, play or make crafts related to parties.
Visit to Santa Claus and / or the Magi: In shopping centers, children can visit Santa Claus and / or the Magi, take pictures with them and ask for their gifts personally.
Three Kings Cavalcade: 5 in the afternoon there is an unavoidable appointment for the kids. A ride is organized in all large and small cities. Warm them well and take them to receive sweets and enjoy Christmas magic.
All are activities to go out with the kids, but you can also invent activities to share at home like doing crafts, games, cooking, etc. If we inform ourselves in time we can do a lot of interesting things with the children this holidays.
