A German judge denounces parents for putting their daughter pending

"What a judge more insane", "I could already pursue real crimes" or "how exaggerated" are the comments that you will surely be making after reading this headline. The fault is mine for sinning as a sensationalist, but reading the full story in the end I prefer that the most important thing is this, that a judge has denounced some parents for piercing his daughter's ears.

It all started when a couple decided to keep their three-year-old daughter pending, taking her to a tattoo parlor and piercings from the Lichtenberg district in Berlin. While the holes were being made, the girl began to cry and did so for so long that the parents got scared.

After three days of discomfort they went to the pediatrician (I imagine that the girl still hurt and maybe she was not very happy) who said that the girl suffered post traumatic stress. At that time, the parents, instead of conducting a conscientious examination, decided to charge the person in charge of the tattoo parlor with guilt to the point that they filed a complaint with the court because, because of the intervention, their daughter presented the aforementioned diagnosis. .

The surprise came to the couple when the judge studying the case, who must have thought the same as me (those who voluntarily crossed the door of a tattoo parlor to put some earrings to the girl were the parents), who imagined that is the same as most think, decided that those who should perhaps receive the punishment are the parents, for having subjected the girl to a piercing In each ear.

Now, thanks to (or because of) this case, piercing a baby's ears will be an issue to be examined in the German parliament to see whether or not it is considered an attack on bodily integrity.

The truth is that considering that it is a common practice, one of those that has been done throughout life, it is surprising to see that it can be considered a bodily injury made by parents, however, it is still the same, an unnecessary aesthetic fad that hurts girls and, for more INRI, without them having asked for it.

There are many things that have been done throughout life and that does not exempt them from being criticized or eliminated at any time. Times change, I want to believe that for good.
