The "Children see, children do" campaign or why you have to leave the comfort zone

The comfort zone It is a limited space where our work is done, we develop leisure and live a personal life. They are also the limits that we can associate with the area in which our existence takes place and from which it is often difficult to leave. A few years ago our partner Alicia presented the campaign Children see, children do, in which he explained to us the enormous responsibility that adults have for children, not only in what we tell them, but, above all, in how we behave.

I've been watching the video of Matti Hemmi at the CIBBVA in which he presented the work You dare to dream? and that encourages everyone to carry out a process of transformation and exit from the comfort zone. Among the reasons he explained to perform that task he recommended the vision of this video of Children see, children do as an example to try to realize how we can influence other people in addition to serving us to identify the path of improvement that our behaviors and ways of acting have.

This is the campaign video Children see, children do in which the focus is placed on how children are able to replicate our behavior. Especially in the second section of the recording you can see the least edifying.

The talk that Matti Hemmi made at CIBBVA can be seen below. Of course, the decision to expand the comfort zone is totally personal and does not have to be made by everyone. Each of us will have to think about what actions we usually do, how far we are able to go and how those actions can condition the current and future life of our children.

On the comfort zone and other similar concepts of attitude, passion and behavior in Peques and Más we have written some articles and conducted interviews. They can be labeled as Coaching and includes interviews and articles.

Children are very motivated people, with great desire, illusions and strength to achieve what they set out to do. Parents have to be very clear where we are, whether it is a comfort zone or not, and where we want to be with them in the future.
