This weekend we can live a story day in Madrid. In La Casa del Lector the third edition of The Storytelling School Marathon, three hours in a row of stories for the whole family.
Forty of its narrators will tell stories for three hours, for children and adults. It will be on Saturday, February 22 from 12 noon and admission is free until full capacity is reached. From 12 to 1 the stories will be for children and the next two hours for adults and family audiences.
The School of Storytelling works to bring oral narration to children, and organizes interesting events that we have talked about, such as the Storytelling Festival, a great date in which children enjoy the magic of stories.
A magic that we can give our children every day, for a little while, with our own stories, read or "by mouth". And is that the stories are part of the formation of our children, their development, and also part of our family life, introducing them naturally for small future readers.
