Apart from the fact that most designs seem horrible to me (for babies or not), remember that putting shoes on babies does not make much sense, they are not very useful, unless we want to protect them from the cold, for which they could perfectly wear socks . Barefoot children are smarter and, above all, happier.
Obviously, the heel is flexible, but the shoe still makes no sense. At best, I would use it for a costume, for a very specific case, but in no way as usual footwear. The babies that appear on the web seem to me in disguise for an occasion, for a photo shoot. I would be surprised to see a girl with those shoes walking in her cart as if such a thing.
