This is me crossing the Kona Ironman World Championships finish line in 2016. Almost exactly five years to the day that doctors told me I would never run again. My journey has been a challenging one. But ultimately an incredibly rewarding one. Because when you set out to achieve something that really matters to you, and you push through the grind of it, day in and day out, to finally get to that end result, you learn so much about yourself. You learn what youre truly capable of. and its always more than you thought possible. Im sharing this story today because I want you to know that you can achieve the things you want too. Its not gonna be easy. But it will be worth it. Ask anyone whos been through my online mindset coaching course, School of Champions (SOC). What theyve achieved through SOC is phenomenal - shedding kilos, starting new businesses, getting out of debt and achieving all kinds of incredible things. Things that matter to them. Im so excited that enrolments are now OPEN for the next round of School of Champions.
