Children of separated couples are more aggressive

According to the data provided by the assistance services of the Elche Family Meeting Point (brokerage service in matrimonial litigation), children of separated couples have a higher rate of aggressiveness, more anxiety, lack self-esteem or are more likely to suffer from depression, among other aspects.

The Meeting Point of Elche lives very closely all the problems generated by the separation of the couple and that affect the children, in a single year of operation, this service has treated children of 90 couples who had serious pathologies, whether Physical or psychological

Another fact that this service provides is the weight fluctuations that these children present and it is to be understood, many are small and it is more difficult to understand the situation for them. Services like these provide adequate help to both parents and children. At the moment, the Family Meeting Point in Elche is overwhelmed, since so much demand for the service was not expected and it is proposed to increase the subsidy, until now very restrained, in order to be able to help both children and parents more effectively. The involvement of public institutions is requested from the service.

Helping to alleviate the traumatic moments of a separation to children is important and necessary for their proper psychic as well as physical development.
