Walk the baby on cold days

Soon temperatures will begin to fall further and many moms and dads will think that it is not appropriate to walk their babies on cold days. Pediatricians recommend walking the baby daily, and the cold should not be an impediment to it unless you have a fever, temperatures are extreme, rainy or snowing.

A daily walk strengthens your immune system, the sun helps you synthesize vitamin D and breathing fresh air will whet your appetite. In addition to stimulating your senses.

On cold days you should shelter it so that it does not pass cold or heat (if it gets hot and sweats, sweat becomes cold and could constipate it). If the baby's nose is cold, he will need more shelter and if his neck sweats you should take off some garment. Your head should be well covered with a cap that covers your ears well, as well as your hands. And have a toquilla on hand in case temperatures suddenly drop. In autumn and winter the best hours for the walk are at noon when temperatures are the warmest. You can go out in the cart, always with the protective plastic or take it in the backpack, with which you experience a greater sensation of heat by going with you. It is better to walk away from traffic so you can breathe fresh air.

If it is not very cold an hour of walking will be fine and 30 minutes if the temperature is very low.

With a daily walk the baby will become less vulnerable to colds of the time and an outdoor walk will do you good.
