Tecolote wants children to design their own clothes

Young Valencian entrepreneurs, a little less than a year ago created a new children's fashion brand, Tecolote, although at the moment only 30% of the garments they sell in their three stores in Valencia are of this firm, the rest of the brands that occupy their establishments are KR, Miobic, Alphabet, Exit and 3 Pommes, among others.

But their intention is another, in addition to the 50 stores that want to open between Valencia and Madrid within three years, they want to create fashion with the most demanding designers, children.

For this, an annual contest in which children from 0 to 16 years old can present their designs or creations and a jury will manufacture a mini-collection from the winning design. Tecolote seeks to consolidate itself as a chain that offers everything children need, from casual clothes, clothing and accessories, always with great quality and moderate prices, to maternity clothes.

At the moment, the next openings of this chain will be in Vall d'Uixó (Castellón), Dénia (Alicante) and Valencia, where they will also create small toy libraries so that while parents make purchases, children can make their designs or play, paint and have fun.

We think it's a great idea that children can develop their creativity and much more that can be useful, we know that there are many children who at an early age have gifts that many older people would like. As soon as we know the dates of the competitions, we will let you know.
