Does the new Children's Oral Health Plan announced by the Government?

A couple of days ago we announced a proposal from the Spanish Government that offered a free dentist for children aged 7 to 15 years, which included actions such as fillings, revisions or sealing fissures, among others. The executive indicated that the expenses resulting from the announcement Children's Oral Health Plan they would be assumed partly by each Spanish community and partly by the central government.

The new plan poses some difficulties that Vice President Pedro Solbes has not hesitated to share, on the one hand there is the budget issue, that is, there is no approach on the economic issue. The other issue is competition, there is no regulation or distribution plan for each community, perhaps the new plan is in danger as soon as it has been announced. This leads us to the following conclusion, the approach made by the Government has not been studied or restrained by all the bodies and responsible persons involved. The vice president himself indicates that he needs time to study it deeply, it gives us the thorn that the announced plan is subject to the electoral campaign.

As you know, in our opinion this plan should have been applied many years ago, since part of our health derives from oral care, healthy teeth from childhood allows us to avoid many health problems in adulthood.
