The necessary ingredients are: 200 grams of flour, 10 grams of baking powder, 1 small teaspoon of baking soda, 1 egg, 130 grams of sugar, 80 milliliters of soft oil, 300 milliliters of milk and 8 tablespoons of cocoa powder. You will also need some muffin or muffin molds. The preparation is very simple, start by preheating the oven at 180º C. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and beat with the rods until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Arrange the dough carefully in the molds chosen without reaching the top, because when cooked they will grow a little.

When the oven is at the indicated temperature, introduce the molds and cook 20 minutes. After this time, check with a stick that the muffins are made, to know it, the stick should come out clean after clicking inside one of them.
