Organic porridge, a healthy option

The Integral Barn is one of the leading brands of organic baby food in Spain. Other brands are: Bio Growth and Holle.

On its website I discovered a booklet / brochure in pdf about organic porridge that contains interesting information about advantages of consuming these products, digestion, the importance of fiber, allergies, etc. From there I have obtained this data:

The baby is very sensitive to substance residues Harmful in food, pollution and pesticides. The baby's organism is fragile and is not able to effectively degrade the toxins that may come with feeding, (pesticides, insecticides, antibiotics, metals...) and you can only remove them with difficulty.

Organic-controlled cereal cereal porridge offers better guarantees because they contain natural ingredients, pure, without genetic modification and no artificial additives, respecting the natural balance and preserving the authentic flavor of organic farming ingredients.

In addition, this type of agriculture is also contributing to their use in the field natural fertilizers, to practice the biodiversity (instead of monoculture), to change the criterion of quantity for quality, and to follow the natural cycle of agriculture, soil and environment.

I've tried porridge of both types and I know there is a big difference. Conventionals are much sweeter (sugars, vanilla essence, etc.) but they cannot offer the same quality guarantees for their cereals and pesticide absences.

Well, the important thing is that Each time we have the possibility to choose how we feed our children.

And you also have to keep in mind that it is not obligatory to consume porridge, many mothers cook the cereals themselves. Of course, this option is much healthier but it takes time. Priority issue.
