Hospitalized child: he was given an omelet and is allergic to the egg

Unfortunately it is not the first (or imagine it will be the last) time I read news similar to this.

A three-year-old boy suffered a few days ago allergic reaction after a French omelette was served in the school canteen (Baudilio Arce, from Oviedo). The child is allergic to eggs and the tortilla was served even though both those responsible for the center and those responsible for catering had been informed of it.

The boy was taken to the Hospital with severe stomach pains and with the fear of a possible anaphylactic reaction that fortunately did not occur. The father of the minor commented on that "It is a serious negligence, and I have denounced it at the Police Station. I am willing to request a reduction in working hours to give the child food, but he will never stay in the dining room downtown. He could have died."

Reason is not lacking and I imagine that outrage not to see that "It has not been five school days and they have already caused a food reaction. I will not give them the opportunity to screw up again. It is my son's life that is at stake."

It is true that there are many children in the dining rooms, more and more, but this does not relieve catering workers because, as this father says, It is the life of children that is in danger.
