Welcome to the world

Some time ago I introduced you to my first daughter, Mar, and today I bring you to the little girl of the house, who was born on July 28 and that, like her little sister, she waited ... Her name is Emma, she weighed four kilos and measured 52 centimeters, and came into the world quickly, through a vaginal delivery.

When we had 12 days "past accounts" and were going to induce labor, a few hours before I began to feel contractions. This time the birth began naturally, something I deeply desired. At first I didn't have much faith in those contractions, which were neither too long nor regular, until they started hurting more ...

We entered the hospital about two in the morning, with 4 centimeters of dilation, soon I asked for epidural anesthesia and at 4'20 Emma was already born.

Unlike Mar, who ended up in a caesarean section despite the complete dilation, Emma was born thanks to a few bids and as soon as she saw the light she was placed on my lap, a sensation that the mothers who have lived through will understand as the most wonderful and unforgettable.

Emma is huge, healthy and knowing this world with restless and curious eyes even though little can see yet ... Her first smile will come soon, and every day we spend together she discovers something new.

I, after a somewhat complicated recovery due to episiotomy points and other postpartum problems, I am very happy to have at home the two princesses that fill my life and encourage me to continue knowing them and learning to take care of them and enjoy them in every moment. A whole new world to share also in these pages.
