The brand is one of the things that Spanish parents value most when buying a toy. It is synonymous with quality and safety, most associate it with a better product.

As a mother, it is an aspect that I value very much, the truth, but the brand is not everything. I also take into account the price, functionality and durability of the toy, taking into account that with three girls it will pass from hand to hand. If it is not top brand, but I consider it safe and convinces me by price and features, I choose it. And you, Do you buy toys for the brand?

According to a study by the Spanish Association of Toy Manufacturers, when children are under five years of age, and still have no special preference, it is parents who buy toys based on the brand because they are synonymous with quality and safety.

From the age of five, 48% of children choose the toy based on their brand. Now they become the children who decide which toys and brands they prefer. It is also a trend that goes further, as age increases, the preference for brands also increases.

Sometimes children associate a brand with concrete experiences, with childhood experiences in the case of parents, but it is a more emotional relationship, to the point that the brand is more important than the manufacturer.

Who does not remember with special yearning the Scalextric, the Playmobil or the Nancy? Is it not that we, the parents, are the ones who want to relive our childhood through our children's toys? Maybe a little yes ...
