Summary of the week from October 12 to 18, 2011 in Peques and Más.

One more week we have not forgotten you, and again we come to bring you our most interesting topics: everything that during these days has occupied our pages and that is related to the world of children. We know that many of you have older children and surely our recommendations will be good for you, as well as the news we present from Peques and Más.

We believe in children and we are amazed by the energy, vitality and creativity that accompanies them, we want to be very present in the lives of our children, and also accompany their parents from our blog, so you will find us here daily. We're in the middle of autumn and the station is full of novelties, but for the moment we dedicate ourselves weekly to offer ideas on activities to do at home, like these with leaves; and we have also presented the Bratz Masquerade that arrive on the occasion of Halloween, and Marcos's proposal to celebrate this party at home, I think that in many Spanish families we have already succumbed.

We are all prepared to pick us up at home to read, play or watch good movies, and yet time does not accompany us, with the desire we have to put on the jacket! So we took the opportunity to pedal a little with the children and, incidentally, talk about the benefits of cycling. And when we return home, we can read the books of "Do you believe it?", Take advantage of Juntines' proposals to do activities with the children, or look at the drawings of The Little Prince that have been released in Disney Chanel.

And how education is part of our life and that of our children, we looked back at IneveryCREA which is a creative community for education professionals, don't miss the article. In the daily workdays school tasks are more or less present (depending on the age of the children) so we will also dedicate a weekly post to this topic, the first one you have here.

More readings with The Forest of Shadows, and some applications for devices like Apple's Basic Math with which it will be easier to learn math. And speaking of mathematics, the Add and Subtract website is presented as an interesting resource to support operations.

In section News, the results of the USP Santa Teresa Ophthalmological Hospital, regarding children's visual problems, and the ONCE Contest for schoolchildren to detect points with accessibility problems in their cities. Marcos gave us some very important recommendations about anaphylaxis.

We know that the friends they are increasingly important in the lives of children, and we remember that we have also been there, but as parents we will always try to foster healthy friendships.

We have approached the solidarity with the 2011 Popular Race "Run for the Child" of the Hospital del Niño Jesús, and with the report on situations of risk for the children of immigrant families published by UNICEF and the Pere Tarrés Foundation.

Finally we went shopping at the beautiful online store of Little Monsters, it is highly recommended, and it is also follow us daily, because you will surely find what you are looking for.

Until next week.
