Another of Sandra Palo's murderers takes to the streets after eight years of committing a murder

We feel the duty to comment on this shameful news about the brutal murder that was committed with Sandra Palo and that it was carried out by minors to whom the Juvenile Law was applied. In case anyone does not remember, Sandra, died murdered on May 17, 2003, after the four participants of the crime, put her in a car when he waited for the bus, took her to an open field and there they raped her and repeatedly hit her occasions, to end up setting it on fire when it still had life.

Those who we are parents, we can feel a rage and a pain that is still far from what this girl's parents should feel. And is that the last of the children who participated in the murder of Sandra Palo is already on the street. Juan Ramón Manzano, aka Ramoncín, has been released from prison although it seems that there are psychosocial reports that indicate that he is an egocentric, antisocial, psychopathic person with a high level of recidivism.

This murderer, was sentenced to eight years of detention plus another five of probation, along with three other young people, two of them minors, by the brutal and inhuman crime from Sandra.

Recall that the first of those sentenced to leave prison, was the Rafita, in June 2010, when the period of probation to which he was subjected for three years for this crime ended and that since then, he has been arrested multiple times . In addition, in May 2011, Ramón, another of the convicted minors, was released. The only one left in prison is Malaguita, who was the only one of legal age, when he committed the murder of the young woman. He has been in prison since 2003 and weighs more than 60 years in prison.

The feeling we have left is of total injustice and lack of protection for victims, that in these cases, as in the case of Marta del CastilloIt seems that those who defend themselves are the murderers, there seems to be impunity for the age of the offender. The question is, what has to happen for justice to begin to be applied in these types of murders?

For Spain I think it is a shame to have laws like this in which minors, because they are minors and are convicted of murder, have the option of going to centers where it can be done, and I copy it from the center itself, workshop of garden, swimming pool, Playstation workshop and personalized kitchen.
