Reading promotion award for 'The blue station of children'

If three days ago we learned that in Guatemala families can have a radio station for their literacy, today we have to congratulate the RNE program 'The Blue Station of Children' because They have just received one of the XI Prizes for the Promotion of Reading in the Media.

With these awards, the Federation of Publishers Guilds of Spain, highlights the work that Journalism professionals carry out to promote the reading habit through the dissemination of information related to reading and the world of books. The purpose of these awards is twofold: on the one hand they publicly recognize the work done by the journalistic profession in the promotion of Reading in Spain, and on the other, They try to encourage this dissemination and promotion of the reading habit through the Media.

And surely in RNE they are celebrating twice, since 'The Blue Station' has also been awarded '. This program is directed by Ignacio Elguero, and the one dedicated to children by Cristina Hermoso, in both, attention is paid to the world of reading, with the protagonists being the books and the readers themselves, and this is what the jury has valued.

In the press category, Levante EMV has been awarded for its 'Postdata' supplement, and La Sexta Noticias has also received an award for the special and frequent attention they devote, in all their information, to the news dedicated to the promotion of reading All the awards will be delivered on October 4 in Barcelona (coinciding with the XXX edition of the International Book Fair LIBER).
