The materials that we are going to need for our exercise program are simple and easy to find: balls, ropes, long elastic bands, chalks, shovels and buckets. With this we will have a children's gym that, combined with the park, will allow our child to be fit and fun. And there are no excuses, if we don't have time to go to the gym, we can fit in with our children.

With elastic rubber we can make several "traps" that have to go over or under, but without touching them. It is a great game that will put us, less flexible, in some trouble.

Then with the rope extended on the ground, we must make balances imagining that we walk on an abyss or on the crater of a volcano. If we still have the strength we can try to teach them to "pass the boat" and skip the rope, although I must confess that I have never been able to coordinate so much.

In the street or the yard we can do other activities, such as playing chasing balls or throwing them softly into our hands and making a big hole in the ground where to bury a treasure or invent that we found one. They will love it and they will move all the muscles.
