He photographs his five-year-old daughter imitating Baroque paintings

Australian photographer Bill Gekas has become famous for photographing his five-year-old daughter, Athena, imitating baroque paintings in the best Rembrandt or Vermeer style.

As you can see, the girl appears disguised as a peasant or courtesan of the seventeenth century on stages that also evoke the Baroque period.

The photos are really very successful and beautiful, both from a photographic and aesthetic point of view. In fact, he has won numerous awards and his photos have been the cover of several photography magazines.

It is not the first time we see a father who "uses" (in a good way) a son to unleash his hobby. Recently we also showed you the spectacular photo game of "World's Best Father", in which Dave Engledow photographed his little girl trickling situations that no father should do, also with impeccable work.

Whenever I see this type of work, I wonder what the girl will feel when participating in her father's photo sessions. If you enjoy, if not, if you get bored, if you would rather be playing, if there is time left to be with other children ...

But if the girl is happy, she has a great time with her father, has fun and both have managed to find a mutual communication space, I think it's great because together they have achieved a beautiful result such as these photos imitating baroque paintings.

I leave you below with the photo gallery for you to enjoy.
