The moving photographs of two newborn twins before one of them died

At first glance, there seems to be nothing strange in these beautiful pictures of babies, but there is a tragic story behind them. An Ohio couple, Lindsay and Matthew Brentlinger, had been trying to have a baby for many years, and their dream was finally fulfilled on December 17 with the birth of their twins William and Reagan.

But in the 23rd week of gestation the doctors told them that one of them, William, would hardly be born due to a serious malformation in his heart, or that if he was born he would survive a short time. Although he was with them only 11 days, they decided to do an emotional photo shoot with his two newborn twins before one of them died To remember them together forever.

The baby He was born with his heart beating, but he would do it for a short time. After birth, he was discharged so that he could go home with palliative care to enjoy his short life.

As the photographer told ABC News it was one of the toughest sessions of her career. "They both seemed so perfect. I would never have known anything was wrong with sweet William."

They must have been very difficult those days together, but at the same time very happy to be able to enjoy every moment with little William. Thanks to these beautiful photos, they will now have a lifelong memory of the twins, and when the girl grows up she will be able to see them and remember that at the beginning of her life she was very well accompanied.
