It is the first time that an examination is carried out in these circumstances, according to Sixto García, a member of the Court, the reason is that people do not know that there are solutions to these situations, and if the Court is not informed, it cannot offer this planned alternative in the rectoral resolution.
According to the mother, both the medical staff and the representation of the Court have behaved very well, they even asked him that if he was not well, they would interrupt the exam and grant him an extension period, but it was not necessary.
