Since last Monday, families have a very complete website that comes as a Internet space to promote health education, promote healthy lifestyles and improve child and adolescent health care from the family environment.
It is called Family and Health, 'Parents and pediatricians in the care of children and adolescents', and has been created by the Spanish Association of Primary Care Pediatrics.
The contents are updated and are consistent with the latest scientific evidence, in order to provide families with truthful and reliable information. Similarly, the format and writing of the articles are designed to facilitate their use and compression by parents, and try to answer the most frequent questions that these usually raise in the consultation. Family and Health is a platform that makes available to parents useful information that facilitates the management and resolution of the most frequent situations with which they will encounter.

- 'We grow up', in which a review is made of the most crucial stages of the child's growth, passing through the newborn until reaching puberty and the young adolescent.
'We live healthy': In this section, articles related to healthy lifestyle, emotional health and leisure, among other aspects, are available to the user.
'We can prevent': In this space, the preventive measures to be adopted in different areas (accidents, sun protection, sudden death, ...) are deepened both during the development of the child and the adolescent.
